I interned this summer at a little bakery/cafe called Little Flower Candy Company. It was a great experience and I learned more than I thought I would but if I could do it over I would probably just intern at a bakery and forget the cafe. Little Flower had a great menu and I will definitely miss their pretzel rolls but it was a little pricey and you didn't really get enough for what you were paying. But it is all about the experiences and I will say it was a good one!
