Towards the end of October for my Garde Manger finale we were in charge of the reception for
Presidential Scholarship Ball.
We were each in charge of our own 8-foot table and the table had to include 300 hour d-ouerves, a show platter (that is not edible) and decor.
The week leading up to it was very stressful and time consuming.
But everything turned out great and I loved my table!
we ended the night with eating filet mignon with our hands. don't mind us.
